We use your information to process and deliver orders, manage finance and layby arrangements, respond to enquiries, send alerts you have requested, and meet our legal obligations. When we collect personal information, we will tell you the purpose.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are verified by that provider and are not stored by us.

Third parties

We share personal information with third parties only where it is needed to provide a service you have requested, such as couriers for delivery, finance providers, and payment processors, or where required by law. Where we collect information about you from a third party rather than from you directly, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, in line with IPP 3A.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Your rights
