• We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are processed Monday. Public holiday orders are processed the next non holiday weekday.

• Firearms, ammunition and other dangerous goods such as primers. We cannot ship powder. Please select Firearms or Dangerous Goods at checkout.
• Very large items or large quantity orders for example two twelve packs of decoys.

Only Spika safes can be shipped. All other safes are pick up only.

We can send or receive a firearm dealer to dealer.

• Sending cost handling fee $50 including postage
• Receiving cost $30 from any dealer

Please note Toll must be notified within 48 hours if your parcel is damaged.

If your parcel is damaged contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping to other countries depends on the destination country’s import laws and carrier rules. Buyers must confirm those rules before purchase. We will provide serial numbers and prepare export paperwork, but we cannot begin any export process with New Zealand authorities until you supply and we verify the required import permits or police authorisations.

• Firearms may be shipped overseas only when the destination country and carrier permit import.
• Shipments are dealer to dealer only. Provide a licensed receiving dealer’s full legal name and address at checkout.
• You must supply all required import permits or police authorisations before we will prepare or submit export paperwork to NZ authorities. We will not proceed without verified paperwork.
• Once permits are verified we will prepare required New Zealand export documentation and advise shipment options and costs.

• Ammunition will not be shipped overseas in small quantities.
• Gunpowder cannot be shipped under any circumstance.

2. Attach all import permits, licences, or police authorisations you hold.
3. If valid we will prepare NZ export paperwork, confirm carrier options, and provide a quote.
4. Shipment will only proceed after paperwork verification and compliance checks.

We will refuse shipments that would breach local or international freight regulations. Verify import rules with your local authority before ordering.
