• Display Currency vs. Checkout Currency: If you utilize an on-site currency selector to view pricing in an alternative currency, these converted figures are provided for estimation purposes only. All checkout orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Your payment provider or issuing bank may apply their own exchange rates or international conversion fees.

• Price Accuracy: We endeavor to ensure all pricing across our online store is accurate. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not lock in or reserve its price. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach site security, upload malicious code, or harvest user data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Intellectual Property: All content appearing on this website including logos, trademarks, site design, custom graphics, text, and product media is owned by or licensed to Broncos Sports World 1993 LTD, or used with permission from our brand suppliers and manufacturers. 4. Payment Methods & Order Processing

• Payment Gateways: Credit card and direct online payments are processed securely via certified third-party payment gateways. Your card is charged once your order enters our processing system. An automated order confirmation does not constitute a legal tax invoice or final acceptance of payment.

• Direct Bank Transfer: Orders paid via direct bank transfer will be dispatched once full payment clears into our ASB Bank account. Please quote your online order/invoice number as the payment reference.

• Third-Party Finance Providers: Finance options (such as Finance Now) may be available for eligible purchases over $500. All financing contracts are entered into directly between the purchaser and the third-party credit provider and are subject to their independent approval criteria and terms.

5. Watchlist Price Protection

• 24-Hour Price Lock: If the price of an item on your watchlist rises while that item is in stock, you have 24 hours from the price increase to purchase it at the earlier price.

• Product Specificity: Protection applies strictly to the exact product or variant (size, color, specification) you added, at the price you personally were shown. It does not extend to other sizes, colors, or variants.

• In-Stock Condition: Price protection is not initiated for an item that is out of stock at the time its price rises. When an out-of-stock item returns to stock, it is sold at the current live price.

• Automatic Application: The protected price is applied automatically in your cart during the active 24-hour period and cannot be extended.

• Watchlist Removal: Removing an item from your watchlist immediately terminates its price protection.

• Email Communication: Price protection notifications are delivered via email. As such, price protection is unavailable to account holders who have opted out of receiving emails from us.

• Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the price protection feature at any time.

6. Gift Cards

• Validity Period: All Bronco’s Outdoors Gift Cards (both physical and digital e-gift vouchers) remain valid for exactly 3 years (36 months) from the date of issue.

• Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed against eligible purchases online at broncos.co.nz or in-store at our Tauranga branch.

• Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, nor can unused balances be refunded once the card expires. Any remaining balance after a transaction will remain on the card until the 3-year expiry date.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Bronco’s Outdoors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or unauthorized card use.

7. Orders & Product Availability

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product descriptions or prices, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

• Stock Availability: While inventory is updated regularly, stock levels are subject to change. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a substitution, backorder, or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Bronco’s Outdoors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts or limits your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) or Fair Trading Act (FTA).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with this website or orders placed through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
