Experience significantly faster reloads and enhanced convenience, whether you are out hunting or engaged in sport shooting activities.

Designed for dedicated outdoor enthusiasts, this kit allows you to carry spare loaded magazines for quick follow-up shots and ensures safer unloading without cycling live rounds through the chamber. It is a highly sought-after solution for those looking to modernise their bolt-action rifle for various outdoor pursuits. This kit is particularly sought after by users of .308 Win Howa 1500 rifles, offering a reliable upgrade for popular calibres.

The Adaptive Technologies conversion kit is engineered for a precise, drop-in fit with Howa 1500 and Weatherby Vanguard short action stocks that are inletted for a hinged floorplate. Installation is straightforward, typically requiring no gunsmithing, making it an accessible and valuable upgrade for many rifle owners.

• Effortless Drop-In Installation: Upgrade your rifle in minutes with this user-friendly system. Simply remove your rifle's two action screws, replace the factory trigger guard/floorplate with the new Adaptive Technologies polymer assembly, and re-tighten. No complex gunsmithing is typically required, making it one of the most straightforward Howa 1500 detachable magazine drop-in kits available.
• Rugged Polymer Construction: Crafted from high-strength, glass-filled nylon, both the bottom metal assembly and the included magazine are exceptionally lightweight, contributing to a reduced overall rifle weight. This robust material is impervious to rust, corrosion, scratching, and dents, ensuring long-lasting performance in diverse outdoor conditions.
• Enhanced Safety & Convenience: The detachable magazine system allows for instant separation of ammunition from your rifle, making it safer and faster to handle when crossing obstacles, entering vehicles, or for storage. Eliminate the need to cycle live rounds through the chamber to unload.
• Rapid Reloads: Carry spare loaded 10-round magazines and swap them out in seconds, keeping you focused on your activity. This system significantly improves reload speed compared to traditional hinged floorplates.
• Positive Magazine Release: The intuitive, positive-locking magazine release lever is positioned just forward of the trigger guard, allowing for easy activation with your trigger finger without altering your grip, facilitating smooth, one-handed magazine changes.
• Consistent Feeding: The included polymer magazine features a high-visibility follower and uniform spring tension to ensure smooth, reliable feeding round after round, helping to prevent jams and misfeeds.
• Broad Compatibility: Compatible with a range of short action rifle models including Howa 1500 (Short Action), Weatherby Vanguard (Series 1 & Series 2 Short Action), Mossberg 1500 (Short Action), and Smith & Wesson 1500 (Short Action).
• Fitment Notes: Your rifle stock must be inletted for a Hinged Floorplate (BDL style). This kit is NOT compatible with "blind magazine" (ADL style) stocks without professional modification, nor is it compatible with the Howa "Mini Action" (e.6. 7.62x39mm, 6.5 Grendel). It works exclusively with Adaptive Technologies / Legacy Sports polymer magazines, not metal AICS magazines.
