Berger’s 6mm 108gr Elite Hunter projectiles are engineered for shooters who utilise extremely flat-shooting 6mm cartridges, such as the 6mm Creedmoor or 6 PRC, for hunting animals at longer ranges than traditional hunting rifle projectiles. The heavier weight and optimised hybrid ogive design enable the projectile to retain energy for effective hydrostatic shock in animals, from close ranges to well past 500 yards. These projectiles are ideal for hunting small to medium-sized game like whitetail deer.

Berger Elite Hunter rifle projectiles feature an industry-leading hybrid ogive, which blends tangent and secant designs to optimise efficiency, reduce wind-drift, and minimise sensitivity to seating depth. Elite Hunter rifle projectiles are identical in construction, shape, and performance to the Berger Hybrid Target series, but they utilise a thinner J4 Precision Jacket for rapid expansion on game animals. Elite Hunters are designed to penetrate 2-3" into the vitals before rapidly expanding to create a massive wound cavity up to 15". This delivers maximum organ and tissue damage, aiding in an ethical harvest.
