Overview
The Browning 825 Sporter Adjustable Comb 12ga shotgun, featuring a 30" barrel, is engineered for competitive shooters seeking customisation and performance in sporting clays and other clay target disciplines. This over-and-under shotgun blends Browning's celebrated reliability with advanced ergonomic design, ensuring a precise fit and consistent shot placement for every user. Continuing the esteemed legacy of Browning's B25 and B725 platforms, the B825 series delivers a range of ergonomic and performance enhancements, establishing it as a top choice for serious clay target events.
- Revolutionary 825 Low-Profile Action: The redesigned steel receiver sits lower in the hand, aligning the barrels more closely with the shooter's forearm. This improves the bore-axis relationship for more instinctive pointing and significantly reduced muzzle rise.
- Pro Fit Adjustable Comb: Tailor your shotgun to your exact dimensions. The integrated adjustable comb allows for precise changes to drop and cast, ensuring perfect eye-to-rib alignment and consistent mounting on every stand. This feature is crucial for optimising your shooting posture and accuracy in sporting events.
- 10mm Ventilated Sporter Rib: The wide 10mm rib provides a superior sighting plane for target tracking. Its ventilated design ensures a clear sight picture even during high-volume shooting by minimising heat mirage from the barrels.
- Fire Lite 2 Mechanical Trigger: A redesigned mechanical trigger system that offers a shorter, crisper break and a faster reset. Unlike inertia systems, the Fire Lite 2 guarantees the second shot will fire regardless of the load or recoil pulse.
- Total Barrel Dynamics: Equipped with Back-Bored Vector Pro barrels and the Invector-DS choke system. This combination lengthens the forcing cones and utilises an integrated gas seal to provide tighter, more uniform patterns with reduced felt recoil.
- Grade 4 Turkish Walnut: The stock and forend are crafted from hand-selected Grade 4 Turkish Walnut, finished with a traditional hand-rubbed oil that protects the wood while highlighting its deep, natural figure.
- Refined Ergonomics: The pistol grip has been reshaped for a more natural wrist position, and the slimmed-down forend provides better control and a more "connected" feel to the leading hand.
- Nitrided Steel Receiver: The silver-nitride-protected receiver features modern, understated scroll engraving, offering maximum resistance to scratches and corrosion in various field conditions.
