As the name suggests, it is engineered to deliver a consistent muzzle velocity of 1200 feet per second (fps).

This velocity is considered the "sweet spot" for Trap and DTL (Down The Line) shooters, offering enough punch to reliably break targets at distance without the fatiguing recoil of faster 1300+ fps loads. It is easily identifiable on the range by its distinctive yellow top (hull/crimp area).
