  • If goods are damaged in transit, acknowledge receipt of "damaged goods" and contact Bronco’s Outdoors immediately to lodge a claim.
  • If unpacked goods are faulty or incomplete, contact Bronco’s Outdoors to determine return instructions.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed; choose products carefully. Staff will test returned items for defects.
  • All sales governed by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
  • All warranties fall under the Consumer Guarantees Act with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
