- If goods are damaged in transit, acknowledge receipt of "damaged goods" and contact Bronco’s Outdoors immediately to lodge a claim.
- If unpacked goods are faulty or incomplete, contact Bronco’s Outdoors to determine return instructions.
- Refunds are not guaranteed; choose products carefully. Staff will test returned items for defects.
- All sales governed by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- All warranties fall under the Consumer Guarantees Act with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
