1. Measure accurately around your waist at the exact position where you intend to wear the belt.
2. Add an additional 25 cm to your waist measurement to account for the necessary overlap.
3. Consult the "Ghost Belt Sizing Chart" below and select the belt length that most closely corresponds to your calculated measurement.

Important Sizing Tip: If your calculated measurement falls between two available sizes, always choose the larger size to ensure comfort and proper functionality. Remember that the clothing you wear while shooting may add a few centimetres to your waist measurement, so consider this when measuring.

Example Calculation:
If your waist measurement is 96 cm, calculate as follows:
96 cm + 25 cm = 121 cm.
