GRS Bifrost Stock Howa 1500 Short Action

Elevate your Howa 1500 Short Action rifle to new levels of precision and performance with the GRS Bifrost Stock. Renowned for its robust forged steel construction, the Howa 1500 action finds its ultimate companion in this Norwegian-engineered GRS Bifrost chassis. Designed to unlock superior long-range accuracy and enhance your backcountry hunting experience, the Bifrost stock delivers an unparalleled combination of ergonomic adjustability and enduring weather resistance.

Crafted from a highly durable 30-65% glass-fibre-reinforced composite, the GRS Bifrost is built to withstand the harshest environments. This advanced material ensures the stock remains impervious to extreme weather, drastic temperature fluctuations, and high humidity, preventing warping or swelling. The result is a consistently stable platform that maintains your rifle's zero, no matter the conditions. Engineered for a true drop-in fit, the Bifrost accommodates your Howa 1500 SA receiver and is also compatible with the Weatherby Vanguard SA. Installation is straightforward: simply seat the action and torque the screws to the recommended 5.2 Nm, preparing you for immediate use at the range or in the field. For maximum control in wet, muddy, or freezing conditions, the ergonomically angled grip, offset at a natural 6 degrees, and the forend are heavily textured with a high-traction, overmoulded rubberised surface.

The core of the GRS Bifrost's adaptability is its innovative SpeedLock 2.0 adjustment system. This spring-loaded mechanism enables instant, tool-less modifications to both the cheekpiece height and the Length of Pull (LOP). Further enhancing customisation, the SpeedLock 2.0 integrates a recoil pad that is adjustable for both height and cant in 5-degree increments. This comprehensive adjustability allows you to achieve a perfect rifle fit for your body geometry and preferred shooting position, significantly improving comfort, recoil management, and accelerating target acquisition.
