Start young or new shooters on the Hatsan Striker Alpha youth model. At just 5.30 lbs., it's something they can enjoy shooting for hours. It's recommended that new shooters start off with open sights instead of a scope so they learn about the sight picture and how to adjust sights. When the student reaches proficiency, add a scope to the 11mm dovetails.
