Hornady InterLock Projectiles 7mm .284" 139gr SP 100 Rounds

Hornady InterLock projectiles are a traditional line of bullets designed for reliable performance in hunting and sporting applications. These projectiles feature exposed lead tips for controlled expansion and hard-hitting terminal performance, making them a popular choice for reloaders worldwide. The innovative design ensures consistent results, whether for hunting game or target shooting.

Pioneered by Hornady for hunting bullets, the Secant Ogive Design revolutionised ballistic engineering. This geometrically developed design creates a ballistically efficient profile while retaining the optimum bearing surface. This combination of a slender point and increased bearing surface results in lower drag, increased stability, flatter trajectories, and amazing accuracy, crucial for 7mm projectiles.

• Inner Grooves: Strategically weaken the upper section of the jacket, ensuring consistent, controlled expansion, even at long range.
• Tapered Jacket: Jacket thickness is precisely controlled for expansion at all velocities, optimising performance across various load data.
• One-Piece Core: Unlike two-piece divided cores, the Hornady InterLock® core does not separate. This design retains more mass and energy for deep penetration and large, consistent wound channels, ensuring effective terminal performance and ethical harvesting.
• Cannelure: Provides accurate and consistent crimping and also works with the InterLock® ring to ensure the core and jacket remain locked during expansion.
• InterLock® Ring: This raised ring is embedded in the bullet's core, ensuring the core and jacket are locked together in one piece during expansion to retain mass and energy.

These Hornady InterLock projectiles are engineered for consistent performance and accuracy, making them an excellent choice for reloaders seeking dependable results for their outdoor sporting and hunting pursuits.
