Howa 1500 Blued Black .308 Win

The Howa 1500 rifle in .308 Win calibre is a reliable choice for both hunting and target shooting. This Howa 1500 .308 model is built on an early model Sako action, featuring a one-piece forged bolt with dual locking lugs and a heavy-duty M16-style extractor, ensuring flawless feeding and extraction. The easy strip-out firing pin assembly allows for hassle-free cleaning and maintenance. Its flat bottom action enhances bedding stability, while the integral recoil lug ensures effective trunnion pull transfer, contributing to the rifle's overall accuracy and durability.

Designed for optimal performance, the Howa 1500 rifle boasts a Hogue pillar bedded overmoulded stock that provides superior fit and function. This design contributes to enhanced accuracy, especially when paired with its cold hammer forged, free-floated barrel. Coupled with a steel forged bolt and receiver, this Howa 1500 in .308 Win guarantees exceptional durability and consistent accuracy for various outdoor conditions. The two-stage HACT trigger offers a crisp, smooth shooting experience, complemented by a versatile three-position safety that allows for safe bolt operation and unloading even when engaged.

For shooters seeking a customisable option, any Howa 1500 Short Action can be modified with a shorter stock, available in black. This adjustment changes the length of pull from 15 1/3" (39cm) to 13 3/4" (35cm), providing a more tailored fit. Please request this option online or in-store with Bronco's Outdoors.
