MDT polymer magazines are guaranteed to work seamlessly with MDT's TAC21, LSS, LSS-XL, HS3, ESS, and ACC chassis systems. They are also compatible with many other M24 type chassis and bottom metals. Based on customer feedback, the following systems also work well, though some adjustment may be needed:
- Howa / Tikka Oryx Chassis
- XLR Chassis
- KRG X-Ray (some adjustment may be needed)
- GRS riflestocks (when configured for AICS magazines)
- CDI Precision bottom metals (when configured for AICS magazines)
- Pacific Tool and Gauge bottom metals (when configured for AICS magazines)
Please note, MDT polymer magazines do not work with the following inlets: Ruger American in .204, .223, .556, .300 AAC; Browning X-bolt; and Winchester XPC. Fitting may be required for Winchester Model 70.
These MDT polymer magazines are compatible with .308, .243, and 6.5 Creedmoor cartridges. For .300 WSM, a metal magazine is recommended as the feed lips typically require adjustment for this calibre.
The .223 polymer magazine variant has a capacity of 10 rounds and a maximum Overall Length (OAL) of 2.550". While the .223 magazine can accommodate other cartridges, this may require feed lip adjustments and modifications to the internal ribs. The .223 polymer magazines are compatible with the Magpul Hunter stock for Remington 700 with Detachable Magazine, though minor adjustment of magazine height may be required. They are not compatible with the Magpul Hunter stock for Ruger American in .223 Rem, .204 Rug, or .300 AAC.
