Unlike standard overtrousers, the Cambrian trousers are engineered for all-day wear, offering a sophisticated 2-layer construction that combines rugged protection with the mobility required for hunting, hill climbing, and heavy outdoor work.

Technical 2-Layer Construction – These Ridgeline Cambrian trousers feature a tough, tear-resistant nylon outer paired with a moisture-wicking polyester mesh inner. Sandwiched between them is a high-spec membrane that provides a 10,000mm Hydrostatic Head (waterproof rating), ensuring you stay bone-dry in heavy downpours while maintaining a 5,000g/m²/24hrs breathability rating to prevent internal condensation.

Mobility & Durability – To handle the physical demands of backcountry hunting and outdoor pursuits, the Cambrian trousers are equipped with rugged stretch reinforcements at the knees and seat. This 98% Nylon / 2% Elastane blend allows you to kneel, climb, and sit on damp logs without restriction or the risk of premature wear.

Advanced Ventilation – For high-intensity trekking and active outdoor use, the Ridgeline Cambrian trousers feature double side vents with water-resistant zips. These can be opened to dump excess heat and improve airflow while you are gaining elevation, making them far more versatile than standard waterproof pants.
