Overview
The Tikka T3x Lite Stainless "Bush Hunter" in .308 Winchester, featuring a 16-inch factory-threaded barrel and the Tikka Blackout stock, is an ultra-compact, fast-handling hunting rifle purpose-built for dense cover and challenging terrain. By pairing a shortened 16" barrel with Tikka’s legendary weather-resistant stainless action, this rifle offers maximum agility when pushing through thick cover, ensuring it stays compact and well-balanced even when fitted with an over-barrel suppressor.
The integrated T3x Blackout synthetic stock enhances field stealth by incorporating high-density internal foam inserts that eliminate hollow stock reverberation when brush scrapes against the rifle. Chambered in the hard-hitting .308 Win, this setup retains devastating knockdown power on Red deer, Sika, Fallow, and various big-game species, delivering sub-MOA precision in an ultra-portable, weather-proof package.
- Ultra-Compact 16-Inch Factory Threaded Barrel: Purpose-built for close-quarters bush stalking. Keeps overall length short and nimble when navigating thick scrub, while ensuring optimal weight distribution once a sound suppressor is attached.
- All-Weather Stainless Steel Construction: High-grade brushed stainless steel barrel and action provide complete protection against heavy backcountry rain, river crossings, and persistent humidity.
- T3x Blackout Stealth Synthetic Stock: Features an internal sound-dampening foam core inside the rear cavity to eliminate hollow noise and mechanical vibration during silent stalks through dense cover.
- Factory Muzzle Threading: Pre-threaded from the factory (includes protective thread cap), allowing instant, direct installation of direct-thread or over-barrel suppressors without additional gunsmithing.
- Hard-Hitting .308 Win Performance: Optimised for short-barrel efficiency, delivering high downrange kinetic energy and rapid target drop on various big-game species.
- Modular T3x Ergonomic Architecture: Outfitted with an interchangeable pistol grip for custom wrist angles, asymmetrical non-slip stippling, and Tikka's advanced recoil pad that softens shoulder impact.
- Refined T3x Mechanical Upgrades: Features a metallic bolt shroud, a steel recoil lug to resist deformation under heavy firing, a smooth 70° bolt throw, and a crisp, factory-adjustable single-stage match trigger.
