When designing the Xpert, Winchester focused on accuracy and added features to help you get the most from this .22 LR rifle. Foremost is the new Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger. Like the trigger found in Model 70 and XPR rifles, the Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger is a three-lever design that offers zero creep, zero take-up, and zero-over travel for a light pull that breaks cleanly. The Xpert also features a precision button-rifled barrel with a target crown and a semi-match Bentz chamber. A hemispherical firing pin offers improved reliability with rimfire ammunition, making the Winchester Xpert .22 a dependable choice.

The rifle is equipped with an adjustable rear sight and a blade front sight for accurate targeting.
