Overview
The Howa Model 1500 .223 Stainless Steel Threaded 20" Green Hogue Stock rifle is an excellent choice for both hunting and target shooting. It combines Howa's precision engineering with an ergonomic design, making it a dependable and accurate firearm for outdoor enthusiasts.
The Howa 1500 action is based on an early Sako design, featuring a robust one-piece forged bolt. Its easy-to-strip firing pin assembly simplifies maintenance, while the flat-bottom action ensures enhanced bedding. An integral recoil lug provides enhanced stability for consistent performance. The precise HACT two-stage trigger delivers a crisp, clean break, and the three-position safety allows the bolt to be cycled and unloaded safely with the trigger disengaged.
This rifle is built with a cold hammer-forged barrel and a durable, steel-forged receiver. It comes fitted with an ergonomic Hogue pillar-bedded Overmolded stock in a distinctive green finish, ensuring superior fit, function, and accuracy in various outdoor conditions.
